General meetings are open to all members, take place on a monthly basis at 10 a.m. on the third Thursday of the month, and are held at Trinity United Church, 33 Main Street East, Huntsville, ON P1H 2B8. There are no meetings in July, August or December.
Our general meetings start with a short business session, followed by a break with refreshments, and then a guest speaker will address us for about an hour. New members are introduced at the business session, and an effort is made to make new members welcome during the break.
There is no requirement for members to attend, but the full value of membership can't be realized if they don't.
